Busy Bee Creations is a family run business operating from Hayling Island, we offer a complete personalised experience for every customer and make each and every order as special as the last. Our bread and butter is personalising we offer a huge range of gifts for young and old to any design you require. We offer such services as Vinyl transfer, Embroidery, Print on demand Sublimation. Orders/Delivery

We aim to get all non-personalised items processed and dispatched within 3 working days and all personalised items dispatched within 5 working days. Please note that if you have ordered any personalised items please make sure on the checkout you list clearly what items you'd like personalised with what name, font and colour.

Any orders missing this information will be delayed in being processed, if we do not hear from you for the personalised details within 5 working days of you placing your order this order will be automatically cancelled and refunded. Please make sure you double check all your information upon checkout as once we receive your order spelling mistakes and delivery details cant be correct.

Whilst we try to maintain accurate quantities on our listing errors can occur due to our stock being sold via ebay, Facebook and our website. If any of our items are listed as Out of stock please contact us via Facebook or our email address as we will be able to advise you as to whether we will be getting future stock.

Returns/Refunds

We accept returns on all non-personalised items up to 14 days from the date of dispatch, unfortunately we can not accept returns or offer refunds on any personalised products once they have processed.

We do offer a replacement on products that have been damaged in transit (photographic proof will be required) if that product is no longer available then a full refund will be issued. If a spelling error is made by us then we will also happily replace item (if available) if not a choice of either a refund or similar item in replacement, if however the spelling mistake is made by your self then we not replace or refund this item as we are not liable.

We can also supply just the vinyl decals in different sizes, along with many different fonts and colours if you would like any more information on any of our personalised items please get in touch. We aim to respond to message with 48 hours.
