All items are made to order we do not have any pre made allowing you to fully personalise your item any way you like, I aim to dispatch all personalised orders within 7 working days, although this is normally a lot sooner. Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised goods, due to them being made personal to each individual.
